And of the red ‘Il Nepote’, MARCHE IGT ROSSO, grapes 50% Sangiovese and 50% Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, perfect with grilled meats and other meat in delicate sauces. Excellent to be combined with aged cheese and local cold cuts.
The new born in 2019 is the our ‘Tribolla’, classic method sparkling wine, with soft pressing of the whole grapes and cold static decanting of the must. The fermentation in stainless steel tanks is at controlled temperature. Then a second fermentation in the bottle and resting on the lees for 18 months. “Disgorgement” process and BRUT “dosage”. Perfect with fish and shellfish appetizers, fried fish, marinated fish.
