And Il Nepote, MARCHE IGT ROSSO, half Sangiovese and half Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, perfect for grilled meats and not too complex meat preparations. Perfect with aged cheeses and cured meats from the area.
Two sparkling wines are coming to close our proposal.
Our Tribolla, classic method sparkling wine with soft pressing of the whole bunches and static decanting of the cold musts. Its fermentation in steel is at a controlled temperature. Then move on to the refermentation, this time obviously in the bottle with rest on the lees for 18 months. Disgorgement and dosage BRUT.
It is perfect with fish and shellfish starters. Fried seafood. Marinated fish.
And Estrosé, Martinotti Method sparkling wine, made with Pinot Noir grapes. Perfect both as an aperitif and with land and sea appetizers. Mixed fried food. Cold cuts and cheeses.
